Return Policy

Our return policy is as follows

1- Defective goods are returned due to shipment immediately upon arrival and the customer does not bear shipping costs provided that the defect is reported within two days of receipt of all products

2- The Customized Jewelry are not retrieved according to the request, unless an error occurs by the company, the customer is compensated and the error is corrected.

3- Brazilian Gold Plated ( non customized ) Goods are not refunded unless there is a defect within 14 days.

4- Refund the total order value of the orders ship to Europe If the order did not arrive after 30 days from shipping date .
