Our Return Policy
- All defective items are subject to full refund, in addition to any shipping costs, once the customer is able to show proves of the defects within one week of package arrival date.
- If the item is as described and is not a customized order, but the customer still wants to return it for any other reason, they can still pay for return shipping costs and receive credit store of value equals to the returned items cost, once we receive he items in the same condition it was shipped at. The customer can only do that within one week of package arrival date.
- Any package that is not proven to be delivered through the carrier within 30 days of shipping is eligible to full refund
- If the item is as described and a customized order, but the customer still wants to return it for any other reason, we will not accept to return or refund it
- Clearance items cannot be returned or replaced.
